Spall

Spall is a first-person platformer built for speed, inspired by urban exploration and sci-fi megastructures.  Discover the industrial complex undergoing decay and investigate the cause.  Explore through the lens of MAV.13: a highly agile maintenance robot kept in hibernation, designed to be reawakened should the need ever arise.

Accumulate Speed 
Use a combination of parkour staples and technologically enhanced movements to flow through the world. MAVs are capable of a variety of super-human actions including aerial jumps, extended periods of wallrunning, survive extreme (but not all) falls, and the ability to withstand rapid changes in inertia. Feel the acceleration, chain together sequences to surpass incredible gaps, and learn to master traversal through the megastructure!

Exploration & Equipment
MAVs are equipped with the ability to place a beacon, a system which allows the unit to quickly reconstruct at the designated location in the event of a catastrophic failure or navigation error.  Make use of standard issue equipment like the grappling hook to swing and soar through the air. 

Tools of the MAVs
Prior MAV units have been very resourceful in modifying themselves to better navigate their environment. Find and recover modular upgrades that add new options for getting around, like teleporting short distances or deploying titanic bolts for multipurpose usage. Combine them in sequence to reach new areas and higher speeds.

Brutalist Industrial Subterranean Depths
Ascend the Dredge Corporation's megastructure and its cavernous interiors... or follow the MAV unit's onboard guidance computer if you get lost.  Collect anomalous plasma often found near challenging or hidden locations in order to unlock cosmetic customization options.
